Sell Your Business to us
At JK Davis Enterprises, we strive to make complicated acquisition operations easy. Businesses go through different phases during their operational life and some sudden changes typically occur, from strategic restructuring, owners retiring, life-changing events, and many others that could stimulate the sale of a business.
JK Davis Enterprises can help such businesses by providing quick, efficient and professional acquisition options.
1. First Contact
When you contact us, we will ask generic questions to help us to get familiar with the type of operation you have.
Before requesting any financial or personal information, we will ask you to provide us with a confidentiality agreement, so we can sign for your convenience and protect your privacy regarding sensitive data.
There will be an assessment of the viability of direct acquisition by us, considering different factors, after which an appointment will be scheduled to discuss possible conditions of sale.
We will meet you at your premises to talk over other relevant information regarding your business.
Once this is done, we will commence working towards the possibility of a direct purchase of your business
2. Preliminary Valuation
At this point, we have conducted a thorough assessment of your business operation, and now, deliberations on the price and conditions of sale of your business are underway.
We will commence assessing the information and financial records provided by you as part of the Due Diligence, and proceed to provide you with an estimated valuation of what your business is worth to us considering inventory, plant and equipment, stock, cash-flow, net income, expenses, and other relevant factors, in strict confidence.
This assessment should allow us to draft a preliminary offer for your consideration.
3.Negotiation
JK Davis Enterprises has presented an offer for your consideration, which you either accepted or would like to negotiate further.
If the offer was not accepted, we will commence negotiation procedures and draft preliminary paperwork for the potential sale of your business to us.
We will provide you with a preliminary Contract of Sale, outlining the conditions of the sale, which you should always review with your preferred solicitor before signing.
4. Settlement
At this point, JK Davis Enterprises has presented an offer, and the Seller has agreed to the offered sale price and conditions of sale. Attorneys for both parties will prepare the contracts according to the agreement.
Now, the contracts will be signed, and payment completed as agreed. The settlement takes effect, completing the sale and transfer of the Business/Company.
Congratulations!
